Ingredients :

  • 300 g of lettuce, i.e. 1
  • 280 g of tuna or 2 cans
  • 250 g cherry tomatoes
  • 200 g of eggs or 4
  • 200 g of cucumber, i.e.
  • 1 80 g pitted black olives
  • 10 g of coriander or 1/2 bunch
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Steps :

  1. Boil a pot of water. When the water is boiling, put the eggs in the saucepan. Cook for 10 minutes. When cooking is finished, leave to cool and then scale the eggs. Cut these in half.
  2. Remove the leaves from the salad. Wash and then wring out the salad leaves. Rinse then thinly slice the cucumber without peeling it. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Coarsely crumble the tuna. Chop the cilantro.
  3. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients. Add the black olives. Serve chilled with the dressing of your choice.
